Size Guide

As each dress and design is different, a specific size guide for each dress is available as an image on the product page. Our designs come in limited sizes of S, M, L, XL.

 

Showroom Visit (by appointment only)

If you would like to try on the dresses, make an appointment and visit us at our showroom. Please note our showroom is not opened everyday.

 

 

Washing instructions

You are advised to hand wash our garments, as those with mandarin collar and structured sleeves might go out of shape if the washing machine is on high spin. If you would like to machine wash, please set it to the ‘delicate’ function and do not put it on high spin.

We recommend steam iron or low heat iron on the lining side. As some of the sleeves are made of organza, it’s safer to put a cloth between the garment and iron. Please note, if the iron is too hot, the organza might melt.

Exchange & Refund

We do not allow refund, but you can exchange for another size (if it is available). All made-to-measure items and sales items are not refundable. Items should be in its original condition with the tag uncut to qualify for exchange. For exchange enquiries, please contact us directly at hello@paopaolabel.com

Defective or wrong item?

We check every order before shipping it to you so we hope this does not happen! Nevertheless, if you receive a defective or wrong item, please write to us within 10 days of receiving the package so we can rectify it. We will bear the return postage. In the event the item you ordered is no longer in stock, we will arrange a full refund to you.
